I ran into this insightful presentation at TED.com. For those of us in a leadership position, this is worth watching. Just having different ways of thinking makes the difference between good leader and great leader.

Along the line of different ways of thinking, a book I would recommend to read for personal accountability at work place and in life, would be QBQ (The Question behind the question) by John Miller. Understanding this makes the difference between being average and being stood out to be noticed.

I think it’s just simply fascinating to realize that leaders (the people who start the movement) are the ones who cause other people to more likely to follow by showing them it’s ok to follow.
