P90X Day 4

Date: 5/25/2010 – Tuesday

With business, we didn’t start our workout until 9:15pm.

The workout was on “Legs and Back”. Lots of lunges. Started to recognize some patterns and understanding more what the instructor meant when he used certain terms. Although still not able to fully keep up with the work out all the time, but everything was more bearable.

Food is still on track with tons of egg whites and a tuna sandwich.

Bought a boxful of recovery drinks just to try out.
