P90X Day 3

Date 5/24/2010 – Monday

For some reasons, the soreness wasn’t as bad as Sunday.

My other co-worker decided to join us to try this out. It was exciting to have more people doing this. So, it’s three of us now.

Today’s workout was Yoga X. It was about 1.5 hours. Some movements were practically requiring us to be a rubber man. Other than that, it was a nice stretch and balancing.

I’m more in line with the food portions today. Started to look forward more for the next day of workout since my body has slowly adjusted to the workout.
