P90X Day 2

Date: 5/23/2010 – Sunday

So, I started the day with my body in so much pain. Trying to go through the day and being constantly reminded that this pain will be compounded more later in the day with another P90X workout.

During lunch, I had 2 slices of pizza, which I had no idea what that means for the food aspect of the program. I guess my excuse is that this is just day 2, I’ll do better in controlling the food next time.

As far as the day 2 exercise, we are working on “Shoulders and Arms”. Basically lots of dumbbells.

After this workout, there’s about 16 minute portion of abs workout. This part is done every other day.
